How Do I Register For An Online Account With UL Medicines?

Registering could not be easier:

  • Go to the homepage
  • Select ‘Register’
  • Complete the online form and press ‘Submit’
  • Once your details have been checked you will receive an e-mail from our customer services team with a link to validate your account

Alternatively telephone our customer services team on 0800 112 33 63 who will discuss your requirements and provide you with the necessary paper work to set up an online account. You can return the completed forms to us either by e-mailing them to info@ulmedicines.co.uk or by sending them to our fax address which is 0800 112 33 63.

What is the difference between registering for an online account and being a registered customer?

Registered customers who have previously purchased items from UL Medicines and potential customers who have an online account with UL Medicines but have not previously purchased anything have differing levels of access on www.ulmedicines.co.uk

I Have Forgotten My Password

If you have forgotten your password follow these simple steps to help you quickly reset your password and re-gain access to your account.

  • Go to the homepage
  • Select ‘Log in’
  • From the Log in page select ‘Forgot My Log in Details’
  • Enter either your username or e-mail address and press submit
  • An e-mail will be sent to you containing  a link
  • Click on the link which will take you to a secure webpage where you can manually set a new password
  • You will then receive another e-mail containing your new chosen password
  • You will then be able to log in using your new password

I Am Experiencing Difficulties Registering

Why Does My Online Account Have To Be Validated?

If you are registering for the first time on our website we will ask you for your GPhC Registration Number, this is required so that we can check that you are an authorised representative of your hospital Trust, Health Board or pharmacy.

How Do I Close My Account?

If you have decided to close your on-line account with us, you can do this on our website.

How to close my account:

  • Go to the homepage
  • Log in
  • Select ‘Your Account’
  • Select ‘Close My Account’

You will then receive a message on screen confirming that your account with us has been closed.

If you have accidently closed your online account with us, please speak to a member of our customer services team by calling 0800 112 33 63 who will help to reactivate your account.

Is There A Minimum Purchase Order?

At UL Medicines we understand your patients have individual requirements and therefore we welcome all orders no matter how small or complex.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Product Order?

We offer our customers a next day delivery service to anywhere in the UK providing your order is placed by 3:30pm. If for any reason a product is not going to be delivered on time, we will keep you updated with an expected delivery date.

How Can I Access Product Profiles?

Most of our products come with a product profile, and if you have registered online with us you can have unlimited access to these.

How to access product profiles:

  • Using our product database search for the product you are interested in 
  • Select the product name to view its profile 
  • You can also print or save a product profile for later by clicking on ‘Print/Download (as PDF)’

How Can I View Certificates of Analysis?

If you are an existing customer of UL Medicines and have registered on our website you can view a product’s Certificates of Analysis.

How to access Certificates of Analysis:

  • Go to the homepage
  • Log in
  • Using our product database search for the product you are interested in
  • Select the product name to view its profile
  • If a Certificate of Analysis is available you can print it out or save it for later by clicking the COA pdf button from the ‘Documentation’ section

How Can I Access My Invoices?

If you are an existing customer of UL Medicines and have registered on our website you can access your invoices.

Simply:

  • Go to the homepage
  • Log in
  • Select ‘Your Orders’
  • Choose the required invoice you would like to view from the list
  • You can also print or download a copy of your invoice by selecting ‘Print/Download Copy Invoice’

How Can I Check If The Medicine I Am Sourcing Is In Stock?

There are two ways of finding out if a medicine you are sourcing is in stock.  You can check yourself by registering on our website.  Once your registration has been validated you can then search our entire database, which will provide you with guidance as to the availability of a product.
